Dog-Friendly Travel Itinerary #1 – Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way

Have Dog, will travel. Together.

Planning a trip with your four-legged buddy in tow?  Here is our first in a series of dog-friendly travel itineraries across Ireland and the UK.  We’ve chosen to kick off with the most dog-friendly region in Ireland, the Wild Atlantic Way.

Our journey: the Wild Atlantic Way, from Lough Eske, Donegal to Kinsale, Cork.

Please note: most hotels have a limited number of designated dog-friendly rooms. This needs to be specified and confirmed when booking to avoid arriving to find no suitable room available.

Also, many premises do not have a formal Pet Policy other than “small, well-behaved dogs welcome”. We strongly recommend confirming your individual requirements as part of the booking process.
