The Inn on the Lake Hotel is one of seven hotels in the Lake District Hotel group, all of which are dog-friendly. Each of these dog-friendly Lake District hotels allow dogs in most bedrooms - the Inn on the Lake has 15 designated dog-friendly rooms. Dogs are also welcome in most public areas of the hotel including Reception area, Orangery and Ramblers Bar. A supplement of £10 per dog per night applies. Add your dog as an extra when booking online to ensure you get a #dogfriendly room.

The Inn on the Lake Hotel, Ullswater

Set in 15 acres of grounds with lawns sweeping to the shores of Lake Ullswater near Glenridding, the award-winning 4-star Inn on the Lake hotel has one of the most spectacular settings in the Lake District.
Most of the 47 en suite bedrooms have breath-taking views of the lake or the Helvellyn mountain range. There are also eight Luxury Collection bedrooms which are considered to be 5-star standard.
Guest Facilities
Guest facilities include the Lake View lounges or the Orangery with 360 degree views of the Lake surrounding fells. Morning coffee, light lunches and afternoon tea are served.
Lunch and dinner are served either in the 2 AA Rosette Lake View Restaurant or the more casual Ramblers Bar, a traditional Lakeland pub in the grounds.
The Hotel also has its own 9-hole pitch and putt golf course, croquet lawn, children's outdoor play area and private lakeshore with three private jetties.
