Very comfortable hotel in a geat location and very dog-friendly

"My first time in Cashel House and really enjoyed my stay. Old fashioned and very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and a really nice atmosphere . Excellent restaurant and high standards in terms of quality of food. Dogs are allowed in bedrooms. Plenty of walks in very substantial hotel gardens and in immediate vicinity. Unbeatable location for walks, drives, scenery, only a few minutes from Roundstone."

Nice hotel, great location

"My husband and I are just back from a very enjoyable three night break at the Dromhall Hotel. We had a lovely stay despite very disappointing weather. The hotel was very comfortable and staff could not have been more attentive, helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, just a few minutes stroll along well lit footpaths to the town centre. Its a pet friendly hotel with a detailed pet policy on its website. http://www.dromhall.com/pet-friendly-hotel-killarney.html "

Very comfortable, and very dog friendly

"Went on a mid week break in mid November. My first time in Renvyle and in this hotel and really enjoyed both.Old fashioned and comfortable (not in a country house way). Sign on way in says "You are now entering a stress free zone" and that is exactly how it felt. Everyone was really chilled out, staff were very friendly, lovely atmosphere and a great buzz. Place was really busy, 84 guests our first night.Very impressed with restaurant and quality of food. A lot of repeat visitors, many seem to be regulars. Its definitely dog friendly with lots of well behaved dogs. Dogs are allowed in bedrooms and in some public areas. Plently of walks in hotel grounds and in immediate vicinity. The break was really good value 2 B"

Great base for touring

"We picked the hotel for its location, located between Glengarriff and Bantry and within comfortable driving distance of Baltimore, Kenmare and Killarney. It proved to be the perfect base for exploring West Cork and beyond. It’s a family-run hotel and this shows in the level of personal attention and of repeat visitors. Pets are allowed in room, and there are a number of designated pet friendly ground floor rooms. The property is very well maintained and very comfortable, with a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The standard of the rooms and food were both excellent. Can also highly recommend Lorge Chocolatier, Bonane National School (on N71 between Glengarriff and Kenmare). "
